A Year In Review | TrueProp Software in 2018

2018 was an incredibly productive year for TrueProp! We would like to first and foremost thank you all for your support. Our first year was full of exciting developments, expanding features, and solutions to everyday propeller inspection. So much has happened we wanted to share our major milestones…

Propeller Inspection Enhanced

In 2018, the beta version of TrueProp Software was made available to companies actively transforming into
next-generation propeller shops.

+ Special thanks to Gary Linden of Linden Propeller for his insights and contribution.

Joint Industry Project Announced

As featured in Shiprepair & Maintenance magazine published by the  Royal Institution of Naval Architects, TrueProp Software announced the launch of the new Improved Propeller Inspection and Metrology Joint Industry Project (JIP). Led by TrueProp, the JIP included HydroComp, Inc., Linden Propeller, Padgett-Swann Machinery, Wildcat Propellers, and Argonaut Enterprises.

Open Compatibility Established

Strenuous development and testing ensure TrueProp was ready for use in Linden DDS, Hale MRI, Prop Scan, Prop View, and home-made equipment with DRO-based devices.

Software Debut!

TrueProp debuted at HydroComp, Inc. Propeller School in Ft. Lauderdale, the National Marine Propeller Association convention in Las Vegas, and at the International Workboat Show in New Orleans.
